Our story

More than 8 years ago, at the foothills of Mount Artemisio in Greece, we placed our very first beehives. What started as a small family passion for the bee and the land quickly became a way of life. Day after day, we learned to read the seasons, to respect the rhythm of the hive, and to care for every bee as if it were part of our family.

With time, our love for beekeeping grew stronger. We began to move our hives across Greece, following the flowers and the changing landscapes – from mountain slopes and forests to valleys filled with wild blossoms. Each region offered its own unique nectar, and slowly we discovered the incredible diversity of Greek nature inside every drop of honey.

Today, that journey lives in every jar we produce. Our honey is artisanal, crafted in small batches, gently extracted and never over-processed, so it keeps its natural aroma, flavor, and character. It is the result of patience, respect for nature, and a deep connection to our beekeeping heritage.
