Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns once the item has been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


To be eligible for a return or replacement:

 

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product may be required.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our mistake.

 


If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
